PRODUCT DETAILS
Suitable for sawing and milling the tenon and step surfaces of the muntin profiles in aluminum doors and windows.
Installed with two spindle double-blade motors, blades of four thicknesses can be freely combined; one can realize horizontal milling, and the other can automatically realize vertical slitting and horizontal milling, taking into account the end milling operations of various cross-section mid-section profiles and reinforced mid-sills, making it more versatile.
The end face can be automatically returned during positioning processing to avoid scratching the material.
Two milling motors are controlled by five-axis CNC servo, no manual adjustment is required, and they can be passed quickly and easily.
Select the preset program to complete processing. Profiles of different cross-sections can be processed continuously.
The feeding direction adopts a large-lead ball screw, which runs faster and more smoothly.
The feed system adopts a servo motor screw linear guide structure, which can preset speeds for profiles of different thicknesses, with low vibration and high processing accuracy.
