The automatic loading workbench can continuously and automatically clamp profiles for cutting and processing.
The moving parts adopt high-precision linear guide rail pairs, which run smoothly and ensure processing accuracy.
The movement of the loading manipulator adopts servo drive, which can realize automatic control of X, Y and Z axes, and can automatically support according to the profile section. And adopts high-precision rack and pinion transmission to ensure feeding accuracy.
Using a motor directly connected to the saw blade, the cutting is smooth and the processing accuracy is high.
The upper and lower saw blades are used to cut separately to complete the 45° angle processing. The cutting accuracy is high and the chipping head defect can be effectively avoided.
Profiles can be continuously cut at ±45° or 90°, with high processing efficiency.
The servo drive of the discharging robot can realize fast discharging and rapid positioning functions, and can realize automatic output of short materials with a minimum length of 350mm.
The linear guide pair and ball screw are equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which effectively improves the accuracy and service life.
A barcode printer is optional to form an E-WORK digital engineering system.
