Adopting a self-developed CNC hydraulic system and imported oil pump, the equipment achieves a repeat control accuracy of 0.02mm or less for the positioning accuracy of the working axis under a working state of 20 tons of pressure. The three rollers are independently controllable and have stepless speed regulation. The speed of the three rollers is automatically matched to compensate for the difference in linear speed during the radius forming process of the workpiece (the difference between the inner and outer diameters), and the surface of the workpiece will not be scratched.
